The enquiry form is optional. When you choose Send enquiry, the details and photos you provide are sent to info@razorsharp.com.au using Resend, our email delivery provider. Our team uses this information to respond, discuss your renovation and arrange the next step with Ray. Enquiry photos are not automatically published on this website.
Your message and attachments become part of the business email correspondence. Please only include information and photos relevant to your project. You can ask our team about accessing, correcting or deleting information you have shared by emailing info@razorsharp.com.au.
Optional Google Analytics and ad measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement load only when you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand which pages people visit, where visits come from and how often people start or submit an enquiry, click a phone number or choose an email link. Contact clicks indicate an action on the website; they do not tell us whether a call or email was completed.
Google uses cookies and technical information about browsers, devices and visits to produce reports. We do not send your enquiry answers, contact details, uploaded photos or photo filenames to Google Analytics. Ad-click identifiers and approved campaign labels help attribute visits and successful enquiries to advertising. Other URL parameters are excluded. Advertising personalisation, enhanced conversions using contact details and Google signals are disabled in our website tag.

With analytics permission, we keep campaign and referral source details in this browser’s session storage while you move between pages. If you submit an enquiry, those source details and a reference number accompany the email to our team so we can connect enquiries with quotes and jobs. A random enquiry reference is also used to avoid duplicate conversion counts; your answers and contact details are not sent to Google.
Change your analytics choice
Choose Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to allow or decline analytics. Your choice is remembered in this browser’s local storage. Declining stops our analytics collection; the website and enquiry form continue to work. Clearing browser storage removes the remembered choice.

Our hosting, security and email services process technical information needed to deliver the website and your messages. These providers may process information outside Australia. If you follow a link to Google, Instagram, Facebook or another website, that service’s own privacy practices apply.
