Quality bathroom renovations in Mornington and across the Peninsula, personally managed by owner Ray, with Alex alongside him on the build and Haley looking after client enquiries.
Ray is the owner of Razor Sharp Constructions and personally manages every renovation. With 16 years of carpentry experience, he oversees the project from planning through to completion and takes responsibility for the quality of the finished result.
Based in Frankston, Ray focuses on bathroom renovations in Mornington and across the Peninsula, including Frankston South. He also renovates ensuites and laundries.
Alex works alongside Ray on renovations, contributing to the construction and finishing of each project. Together, Ray and Alex take pride in delivering quality workmanship and getting the details right.

Haley is often your first point of contact and will help with your initial enquiry and any questions along the way. Once your project begins, Ray personally manages your renovation, working alongside Alex and coordinating the trades involved.

Already have a trade you trust, a vanity you love or tiles you want to supply? Tell Ray. He can discuss using your preferred trades and items, his usual team, or a combination.
Ray prefers his established team because he knows the standard of their work. He is happy to work through alternatives and agree who is doing what, and which items are included, when preparing your quote.
